“I Was Never A Shoe Shine Boy”- Charles Taylor.

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak player Charles Taylor has cleared the air on the notion that he was once a shoe shine boy because he was spotted by Accra Great Olympics to play professional football.

He made this emphatic statement on Angel Fm sports light in an interview with Saddick Adams Obama.

“It’s not true that I was a shoe shine boy before I played for Accra Great Olympics and Hearts of Oak, I was rather helping my manager who was a shoe seller”.

Charles Taylor Joined Accra Great Olympics in 1998 before joining Accra Hearts of Oak in 2000 to win the Caf Champions League with the Phobians.
