“My Biggest Failure Was My Lack Of Education”- Awudu Issaka Bemoans

Former Ghana U-17 World cup player for Ecuador 1995 has revealed his biggest regret in life as a footballer after an unsuccessfully spell in France and France after the youth world cup championship.

In an exclusive interview with Angel Tv, the former Anderlecht youth player said he has regretted not having basic educationnn, hence could not write and read.

Awudu Issaka, 1995 FIFA U-17 World Cup winner:

“My biggest failure was my lack of education. I could not read and write.

“After the U17 World Cup in 1995 I got the chance to play for clubs in Belgium and France and I signed some bad contracts because I could not read and write, I did not know. I did not know the details of the contracts that I signed.” [Angel TV]

Awudu Issaka was part of Ghana’s U-17 squad that represented the country at the U-17 World Cup youth championship at Ecuador 95.
