Information gathered by your most trusted online tabloid allghanasports.com reveals Black Stars coach Ck Akonnor will give former Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Kwame Opoku his debut start together with Kotoko’s goalkeeper Razak Abalora and defender Abdul Ganiu against South Africa this afternoon.

Kwame Opoku will likely replace Jordan Ayew who has been sidelined for today’s penultimate game due to covid restrictions by UK on people who visit South Africa.

Razak Abalora in the absence of Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, Richard Ofori will keep the poles for the Stars and Abdul Ganiu will partner Amiens defender Nicholas Opoku at the heart of defence.

The Black Stars need at least a draw this afternoon to widen their chance of qualification to the 2021 African Cup of Nations which will be played in Cameroon.
